He is a certified appraiser of plants and equipment at the Chamber of Appraisers and Judicial Experts of Montenegro.
He is a licensed engineer for the preparation of technical documentation and construction of facilities, certified by the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism of Montenegro, according to Decision No. UPI 107/7-2141/2 dated August 3, 2018.
He holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, specializing in Electrical Power Engineering, from the Faculty of Technical Sciences in Novi Sad.
